My login is failing on Cyberduck. Any trouble-shooting advice?

The login I have created for Cyberduck will not work and I can't continue with the activity.

Cyberduck the FTP?

I'm not sure if you're talking about the same cyberduck I know, but if it is the answer is: in order to connect to your server you need to include your hosting username and password that is associated with the FTP you created, sometimes each FTP can have a unique username and password (depending on your host settings). I suggest contacting your provider for more details on this. Hope this helps
