My challenge tasks does not works? [SOLVED]

Hi, I am perform this challenge tasks, and when I arrive to the task 2, I try answer these task, and the message that I get is:

"Oops! It looks like Task 1 is no longer passing."

Constantly I get this message in some tasks challenges in other chapters or topics ..

What mean this? Best Regards

I already fixed. Django check the task without use bootstrap3 application in the form The code section is:
