My Atom does not have an Atom menu on the menu list

In the video during the part where you explain how to add packages. You instruct that we click Atom on the menu list and go to preference. I noticed that my atom looks different from the one in the video. It could be because I am using PC as opposed to MAC, however, I do not have an "Atom" menu option next to "File". This is more of a suggestion than a question.
