Make sure your capitalization is correct in the application helper file. For instance:

This is wrong: /Users/username/Development/folder/projectfolder/app/helpers/application_helper.rb

This is correct: /Users/username/development/folder/projectfolder/app/helpers/application_helper.rb

Rename the Development folder to development with lowercase. Let me know if this works.

I had to switch directories as well as I was using my project folder located in Documents. I placed it and made sure all there was no capitalization - worked good. Thanks!
