Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2015 installer is blocked with error -2147205120. Does anyone know?

Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2015 installer is blocked with error -2147205120. Possible reasons for this: Visual Studio is running and needs to be closed before installing; a newer version is installed; Please install KB 2919355 if this is the case.

The message above displayed while installing Unity5. What should I do? Abort, Ignore? Does it effect the Unity5 engine to work properly?

KB####### refers to a Microsoft Knowledge Base article which can include patches and hotfixes. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2919355 is an update to Windows which either wasn't applied to your system or possibly failed for some reason. Follow the instructions in the article to apply the update and try installing Unity again.
