While checking my code with the Validator I got this message
Error: Bad value https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Changa+One|Open+Sans:400,400i,700,700i,800 for attribute href on element link: Illegal character in query: | is not allowed.
I do not know what I did wrong Help!!! please

Neil is correct in that the validator doesn't like the pipe symbol, but it actually will not affect the performance of your site. The pipe symbol works just fine in HTML and is read by all browsers. So, I would leave the pipe symbol there. Google is not going to provide a link that contains a character that will break your site.
And just a quick note:
When using 'validators' always take it with a 'grain of salt'. Personally, If I were to use a validator, it would only be to do a quick check for anything major. Almost all the time, there will be a few (sometimes many) "errors" according to the so-called validator... most of them you just ignore with no negative consequences to the site.

20,975 PointsFrom what it looks like, the validator does not work because the character '|' cannot work in a URL.
However, we can convert '|' into a Hex ASCII value. In this case, it's 7C.
The validator should interpret the hex value in place of the 'illegal character' as long as you toss a % in front of the value. The final URL should work below.
