Hi everyone,
I am working on an app which has a medical advice aspect to it. The function of the app is to provide some extremely basic suggestion about a simple health issue. Can somebody give me information as to how I can legally protect myself from liability of this advice?

7,473 PointsAs far as how, it is simple. You include it in "Terms and Conditions". Now, if you want to actually make it where you are legally protecting yourself, you will have to have a lawyer write that part of the terms and conditions for you. It is the only way to do anything that will stand up in court.

26,485 PointsThanks David and James! Do you by any chance also know some resources on how to write good terms and conditions for mobile apps? Would be great to read more on this.
