You just need to move the Media Query below the other h1 {} declaration.

As the browser cascades down the style sheet, it picks up the 2nd one and overrides your media query, since the second h1 is saying change ALL.

Hello,

CSS is cascading style sheets, so like water flowing, if you put the @media up it will not take it into consideration.

Insert your @media at the end of your style sheet and it will work.

Your media query should be written like this...

@media and screen (min-width: 480px) {
  h1 {
    font-size:2.5em;
  }
}
