Maybe i'm not understanding what it is asked of me for this challenge.

I've tried a couple of different ways but i can't seem to figure it out.

boards.py
class Board:
    def __init__(self, width, height):
        self.width = width
        self.height = height
        self.cells = []
        for y in range(self.height):
            for x in range(self.width):
                self.cells.append((x, y))

class TicTacToe(Board):
    def __init__(self, width, height):
        super().__init__(width=3, height=3)
        return self.cells

You're close, but:

  • the __init__ for TicTacToe doesn't need to take any arguments, it will always create a 3x3 board
  • the __init__ doesn't need to "return" anything
