231,198 PointsIt looks like you have a typo.
There seems to be a stray space between the "#" character and the ID name. Also the "a" rule above that seems to be missing the closing brace.
a {
text-decoration: none;
} /* <- add closing brace */
#wrapper { /* <- remove space between "#" and "wrapper" */
max-width: 940px;
margin: 0 auto;
}

677 PointsThanks a lot for the fast answer! But still my css isnt linked to my html. I don`t see the changes i made in my css code when i refresh the page in the web browser.

231,198 PointsIn a challenge, if you refresh the browser page it will restart the challenge at the beginning.
If you want to see the effects of the challenge tasks you complete, use the "Preview" button instead.

231,198 PointsIn general, I would recommend against copying challenges to workspaces, some challenges may use resources that they don't show you but don't impact the instructions. It can also cause confusion between "code that works" and "code that passes the challenge".
You might get this particular one to work, but be sure to place the CSS file in a subfolder named "css", since that's where it is loaded from.

7,720 PointsCould it be that you have a space between your # and wrapper in your selector?
