Mat uses two fonts that I don't have on my computer. How can I have them on my computer?

He says one of them was obtained from google font. I know how to include the fonts from google font on the website but I don't know you can install them on your computer and use them. How do you get the fonts from google font and install on your computer and use them with programs like Adobe illustrator?

Hi Mike,

Typically if the font exists on Google Fonts you can get it from Font Squirrel.

Hope that helps.

Okay, I got it. I tried to find a Rochester font and I found it, download it as OTF, and unzip the file. Then, doing a right-click lets you choose "install". Done! I went back to Illustrator CC and fount the Rochester font! Thanks!

Thank you for the reply a minute after I posted! I will check that now.

Another tool you can use is SkyFonts.

Late answer. But if you are on Mac after you download unzip and then double click on the font. Then hit install and that's hit. You may have to restart Illustrator.
