Masterticket.py won't reset for a new user.

Then I go through the program when i get to the part where it asks me if i want o purchase the items it doesn't reset for a new user, instead it just asks if I want to purchase again for the same amount.

It's not clear what course and lesson you are referring to. You might want to take a look at this video about Posting a Question. And for when your question refers to something you are doing in a workspace, you may also want to view this one about sharing a snapshot of your workspace.

If I remember that exercise correctly, you may be expecting a level of sophistication beyond what that code provides.

I believe it's a pretty simple example that doesn't handle multiple customers, and only handles a few examples of possible error conditions.

Of course, the sample code could be expanded to add additional features if you want more practice and some additional challenges.
