Looks like some kind of text content is being concealed at around 2.30

At around 2.30 the screen looks like it is trying to display some text in an overlay, there are outlines of white text appearing but are ineligible. I only mention because this explanation is the one I seem to have struggled to understand most on my front end course so far and it might be useful to have whatever i may be missing be visible.
