Looking for some help with using isset with a for loop...

Hello,

I am looking for a little guidance on how to use the isset with a for loop for this exercise. Would appreciate assistance.

Thanks,

Dave

index.php
<?php
$facts = array(
    57 => ' on Heinz ketchup bottles represents the number of varieties of pickles the company once had.',
    2 => ' is the approximate hours a day Giraffes sleeps',
    18 => ' is the average hours a Python sleeps per day',
    10 => ' per cent of the world is left-handed.',
    11 => ' Empire State Buildings, stacked one on top of the other, would be required to measure the Gulf of Mexico at its deepest point.',
    98 => '% of the atoms in your body are replaced every year',
    69 => ' is the largest number of recorded children born to one woman',
);
//add your loop below this line

for ($i - 0; $i <= 100; $i++) {
echo "$i"."<br>";
} if (isset($facts[$i]){
    echo $facts[$i] . "\n";
}

just put the isset code inside the loop.

$facts = array(
    57 => ' on Heinz ketchup bottles represents the number of varieties of pickles the company once had.',
    2 => ' is the approximate hours a day Giraffes sleeps',
    18 => ' is the average hours a Python sleeps per day',
    10 => ' per cent of the world is left-handed.',
    11 => ' Empire State Buildings, stacked one on top of the other, would be d to measure the Gulf of Mexico at its deepest point.',
    98 => '% of the atoms in your body are replaced every year',
    69 => ' is the largest number of recorded children born to one woman',
);

for ($i = 0; $i <= 100; $i++) {
 if (isset($facts[$i])) {
    echo $facts[$i] . "n";
}
}

output = is the approximate hours a day Giraffes sleepsn per cent of the world is left-handed.n Empire State Buildings, stacked one on top of the other, would be d to measure the Gulf of Mexico at its deepest point.n is the average hours a Python sleeps per dayn on Heinz ketchup bottles represents the number of varieties of pickles the company once had.n is the largest number of recorded children born to one womann% of the atoms in your body are replaced every yearn

Thanks Erwin for the help! I am getting output as well but the exercise is returning an error that I need "Make sure you end with 100". Can you tell me what I am missing?

Thanks,

Dave

can you post the specific instruction to this?? base on the code you posted. it will not really go to 100 as the highest value of your array is 98 and you are using isset.
