43 PointsLooking for some feedback on my logo & site design
Whats up guys. I'm a total noob website creation or ecommerce.
I'm looking for opinions of my current home page, specifically with the "How It Works" infographic.
My biggest concern is the mascot under "Choose A Joke" on that How It Works infographic here: http://jokesbymail.com/
I also added a post with different mascot styles. http://jokesbymail.com/mascot-test-page/
The first mascot was horrible. The current one I used Jack Skellington eyes and a mix of other faces. ANY FEEDBACK WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
I'm totally open minded to criticism.
Thank you guys so much.
Marc

43 PointsI'm talking about the How It Works infographic and grinning smile face on it. The other faces on the mascot post, majority are copy paste from the web.
A cousin of mine gave me some feedback stating the current face looks a little scary and if I was trying to "freak" people out.
My wife mentioned it looked mischievous, which can be interpreted into the sites theme of anonymous gags.

43 PointsAlso to keep in mind, a simple smiley face icon is memorable and may have a better chance of sticking in ones mind with regards to branding.
So the question is do I go conventional smiley face or mischievous grin face? Or a combination of a few others?
