23,733 PointsI'm not very familiar with Flask, but in your register method you have two return statements. Get rid of the one from task one, return 'register', and you should be able to pass task two.
Chris Freeman
Treehouse Moderator 68,454 PointsThe OP code will pass Tasks 2 if the extraneous line return 'register'
is removed:
@app.route('/register', methods=('GET', 'POST'))
def register():
# return 'register' # <-- answer from task 1 commented out
form = forms.SignUpForm()
return render_template('register.html', form=form)
Chris Freeman
Treehouse Moderator 68,454 PointsAnd for Task 3, be sure to use models.User.new()
instead of models.User.create_user()
.

3,781 PointsI too, have exactly the same code and it is not passing. I have removed the original return 'register' line but it is still failing the challenge? render_template is being imported as instructed.
