Could not understand what "{}." means. I set a variable named menu then write strings but could not finished.

Do you mean how to use the format() method to add the variable to an existing string?

.format() is a method (built in function) of all strings in Python. To use it this way you just have to put the curly braces where you want to insert something, and then pass what you want to insert into the method.

"hello {}".format("world")
