line 3 its the same as line 5 and it don't get a syntax error. so why it gives a syntax error on line 5

any ideas

conditions.py 
admitted = None
if age >= 13:
    admitted = True
    else:
        admitted = False

It's an indentation error.

An "else" should always line up (in the same column) as the corresponding "if".
