Let's say you have a customer as a Web developer, and they want to customize there website daily(like changing the format of the website, adding pages, videos, images, and articles ) how would you go about doing that. Like making it customizable for a non-coder

You should probably build it with Wordpress or something similar, though changing the entire format on a daily basis is pretty demanding
