Length and width values donot match videos

I updated my xcode and the x and y values in video seems to be outdated . I cannot get text to appear properly in my build . The text gets cut off . I followed step by step but I believe apple updated this feature. I want to know how do I choose the correct height and width values to make my build look like the videos.
