What is the best way to learn Java on Treehouse? I am not a complete beginner but I have conceptual Issues. I was wondering if treehouse has courses that can help me with that.

The way to learn Java or any other course on Treehouse is to complete the respective course tracks including all the code challenges. You can start with the Beginning Java Track and then take it from there.
