Hi, My name is Vadim and I'm really new to this platform. For the last four months I've been studying web development using various platforms (Udacity, EdX, FreeCodeCamp) but I decided to try out Treehouse because I reached to a point where I collect bits and pieces from different internet resources but never get the "full package" of tools that will help me to build a project from A to Z and I felt that I might get it here.
I started with the web development track but from what I see there arenβt any time consuming projects (like building a game on your own) and that in order to participate in one, you have to sign up for the tech degree (Iβm on the Basic plan). If I have most of the basics figured out, I wonder whether this is the βrightβ platform for me to practice and actually do some coding - would like to hear people who actually completed or close to completion of some of the tracks. Thanks, Vadim

231,236 PointsThe basic courses and tracks don't have associated projects, but they do cover the skills you should need to build one on your own. You might try working toward something you actually want to accomplish, and if you run into problems that the knowledge from the related course doesn't solve you could ask for assistance from the community here.
