You are very close on this, the only thing that needs to change to pass this challenge is instead of saying !MAX_ENERGY_BARS which causes the problem as your trying to attach the boolean to an int, instead use the method isFullyCharged.
So it should look like
public void charge() {
while(!isFullyCharged) {
mBarsCount++;
}
}
