Just started treehouse , but looking for help with current wordpress design

Hi I just started the treehouse lessons yesterday and I love them :-). I only have around 5 months that I have been teaching myself so its not a lot. I would really love someone helping me with this website I am designing for my dads liquor store: http://pantryliquors2.com/

I would really appreciate any help because I am not to crazy on how I put the picture of the barrel for example but leaving that space blank to me does not look right either.

Any tips? :-)
