Just a precision on the rugby analogy...

Nothing important but the scrum part refers to a particular phase of play in rugby where players are linked together and must work as a team to get control of the ball, as demonstrated in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EJC22EyEUn0

You can see how this inspired the Agile methodology: each team member must push individually while working in harmony with the rest of the team, and they all have different roles to fullfill!
