Jumping cursor when I complete a code challenge?

Hi, I would like to know what causes the cursor to jump from one place to another the in the black box when I am attempting to type my answers to my code challenges. It can be very distracting and causes me to lose my place when I am typing an answer to the code challenge in the exercise. Sometimes when I pause from typing, the cursor jumps to the top of the page, and I lose my place.
