I'd love to find out how to get past being an "older" woman interviewing with younger, junior-level HR Department interviewers/screeners. Thinking about getting a shield maiden hairdo and adding blue and green highlights. I probably won't remind them of their mothers at that point. And would probably stand out for different reasons? I'm also very interested in how to highlight my transferable skills ... in a non-motherly way ;)
