Join Multiple Slack Teams with One Login

How do I group all my slack teams into one login so I can switch back and forth? It's like everytime I join I have a different browser and interface and have to hear from the slack bot again. I really don't understand the slack structure.

If anyone else is curious about this, I would try clicking the + symbol at the bottom of the far left sidebar in the Slack app. If you hover over it, it will say "Add Workspaces". Clicking this leads me to a page with all of the Slack channels I have available on that email.
