In the lesson, it's snuck into the text which is already quoted that all you need to do is enter \" in order to insert a double quote. Additionally, when highlighting the shortcode for a double quote, it's noted as \". Realistically, that's not true at all. On it's own, it's "\"" OR it needed to be specified that \" will only work under the circumstances that it's creating a quotation, but is required to already be placed in a set of quotations.
