Hi, The Java Basic course uses the 'Launch Workspace' Console. However, can you recommend a particular Java IDE for Windows.
I have read through a few Java books and have noticed they have made mention of Eclipse and NetBeans.
Cheers, Mac.

Both are good. There is also Intellij idea which is a good IDE (the community edition is the free version). Netbeans is a bit more pre-setup than eclipse. Eclipse has more plugins than Netbeans etc. I personally went from eclipse to netbeans and then to Intellij which I favor atm.

Treehouse TeacherHi Mr Mac !
If you are planning on doing Android development I highly recommend getting used to the IntelliJ IDEA editor as it is what is used by Android Studio.
