java exceptions challenge

I can't get to work on this problem. It says that I'm not stating if sentence correctly. Please anyone help.

GoKart.java

Hello, it looks like you were getting a head of yourself, you don't need to catch anything in this step. Just throwing a new exception, however if your if block you actually want the > "greater than symbol" to check and see if laps is greater than mBarsCount.
