I've completed the WordPress Development Track but it looks like I haven't.
I've submitted an email to Support about a month ago, and no one has replied.
How do I get help with this issue?

That's a strange issue, and Support would be the only ones who could help you. I know you said you emailed a month ago, maybe it got lost in junk mail, or the response was lost some other way.
I'd suggest reaching out to support again at help@teamtreehouse.com, but do know that most of the support team is off for the holidays, and won't be returning to full steam ahead until Jan 2, so it would likely be another week or so before they got back to you depending on how much it takes to get caught up from the holiday emails.
In the meantime, sounds like you can continue through the lessons. I'll also send this like to the support team for you as well, and I'm sure they'll get back to you when they get back into the office.

Sorry to hear that you haven't gotten a timely reply. I'm reviewing our emails and I show we've responded to every email we've received from you in the past, but none mentioned anything pertaining to progress on your WordPress Track. Our last email from you was on November 28th in relation to a code challenge question.
I took a quick look at your account and I can see what is holding up your progress, thankfully, it's an easy fix. If you visit your WordPress track, you'll see that the very first item on the list is a gray instructional card that is not listed as completed. You have to click on it and then select the "OK, Got it!" button.
I see your account is currently paused, which means you won't be able to press that button unless you unpause. I'm happy to do that for you on my end if you'd like. Just fire me an email at help@teamtreehouse.com and I can get that taken care of for you.
