It would be great if treehouse improved these quizzes

Ive copied the same code written in the video applicable to what was asked in the question and this wont pass for some reason

conditions.py
admitted = None
if age > 13:
    admitted= "True"

else:
    admitted= "False"

Hi, Eric Bane!

It seems like you're doing fairly well here. But what you're returning is a string and not a boolean. You're returning a string "True" and a string "False" instead of just returning the boolean values True and False. Take a look:

admitted = None
if age > 13:
    admitted = True

else:
    admitted = False

Hope this helps! :sparkles:
