HTML How to Make a Website HTML First Use HTML Elements

It says to set a character set for the page. Why am I wrong? I feel as if I'm doing it right, but what am I doing wrong?

I know I did something wrong, but what is it?

Hey man, all you need to do is add a couple of quote marks around utf-8 like this:

 <meta charset="utf-8">
