Treehouse tasks are often very picky about having exactly what they tell you too, as is the case in a day to day development role. Is the alert message missing say, a full stop of exclamation mark?

Best of luck, Adam

The challenge is looking for a very specific message, and you left off the punctuation!

alert('I am Programming!');
