Your problem is in your "isFullyCharged" method signature, you have a return statement returning a boolean when the method signature of void means that you don't want that specific method to anything. If you want to return true, you need to change it from:

public void isFullyCharged() {

}

TO

public boolean isFullyCharged() {

}

Thanks

No problem, I'm glad I could help. I would really appreciate if you marked my answer as best answer if it has helped you out, thanks.
