I would like to book the course but if it is retired on march 24th it does not make sense.

If you mean "How to Make a Website", it looks like Introduction to HTML and CSS is the recommended replacement.

if you mean "Advanced Sass", there doesn't seem to be anything new coming for that topic, but you can download the Course videos before then to watch after the Course is retired.
