There's a Job Openings page where current openings are posted. There's one teacher position listed today for the "Design" category. But you'd probably need a good bit of experience beyond what you can get here to be able to teach here.

On the other hand, some courses are taught by "guest teachers" and not staff. There's a form on this page where you can propose a course you'd like to teach. And the process of becoming a guest teacher was disccused in this episode of the Treehouse Show.
