In xcode it says iPhone 6s in the scheme manager, but below says 'view as: iPhone 8'. Is there a bug or something?

iOS Development with Swift Techdegree Graduate 30,149 PointsiPhone 6s and iPhone 8 are both 4.7" screens so they are going by the most latest model of that size in storyboard. As far as the simulator goes you should have iPhone 8 etc also depending on what version of the simulator you are running.

2,722 Pointsthe "view as iPhone 8" is the Main.Storyoard view. Where it says iPhone 6s for you, I think you are referring to the simulator. Which will launch an actual iPhone 6s in your computer.
