6,854 PointsIs there a PDF or website for "emmacon" that we should be looking at to describe the journey map?
Curious because I would have been unable to come up with the feelings of "consistency, transparency" etc mentioned in this video without being able to view something and wondering if these are just further high level examples of the exercise they asked us to do at the end of the last video.

3,313 PointsI know you asked this question about a year ago, but I figured I'd respond for those coming by it now like I am.
So there's actually a PDF in the lesson resources (scroll down, under the video) of the website. You can look through the PDF to see what the website design is. However, it's not interactive. Therefore you can't really experience the website the way Stable Sarah (our user) would.
