I've tried to download and copy in word pad but it don't work i cant move past it, Nothing is working to decipher the css file.

You need to make sure to save the file with the .css extension!
If you are going to work offline as well I highly recommend that you get a good text editor to program in!

13,023 PointsI would advise against Wordpad for any kind of programming. Luke made some great suggestions and I would like to add Notepad++ to his list.
It is built for windows.
If you ever switch to Linux I would recommend Geany.
Lastly about your issue can you paste the code any where else? Are you sure it is being copied?
