Is there a course that shows how to make assets in unity like animators, scenes, navmesh, models, textures, etc.

Is there a course that shows how to make assets in unity like animators, scenes, navmesh, models, textures, etc., and all assets of that we were using at course how to make a video game and unity basic. Because i need them to start my own game. also if someone has link or something to something where i can learn how to learn all the stuff needed for a game. (how to make assets like those for game with frog)
