11,850 PointsNot really, but they're related. Scrum is essentially a "flavor" of the agile methodology, the other popular flavor being Kanban. MVP is a term that exists under the umbrella of agile, an MVP is a stage in the application building process, while scrum is a way to organize the work process. You might use scrum to build an MVP, but you could also use another method. An MVP is just a step above a proof of concept in terms of functionality and complexity.
