Courses Plus Student 155 PointsIs pro worth it
I have been reading up and I went to look at the extra video and some hasnt been uploaded since 2015, conference wise, So what benefits other then downloading videos do pro members get???? Seems like the perks would be more for something that doubled the price.

18,094 PointsI'm going on my second month with Treehouse. First month I started PRO so that I can get access to all the "extra" videos. Didn't find time to view them! Switched to basic membership.
I never watched any of the conference videos, but I know they can be very inspiring and useful - as I did personally attend a WordCamp conference once. If you have the time to watch 12/18/30 hour conferences on top of studying. Go PRO. Otherwise, stay BASIC!

Great question! Our Basic content is developed for students who have little to no prior experience in programming, while our Pro content is developed for students who already have some level of development experience and are likely working in the technology profession. Our Pro content assumes a certain level of knowledge and moves much quicker than our standard basic content.
Our Pro subscribers will also have access to exclusive courses, workshops, Bonus Content, Conference Videos and the ability to download the content to be able to be viewed offline.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime through the Enrollment page in the Account Settings if you wish. We hope this information helps!

Each course and workshop that is exclusive to our Pro plan will have the mark 'Pro' in the lower left corner of the listing through the Library page. It will also tell you if you try to access a Pro course while on the Basic plan that you would be required to upgrade your account in order to access the materials. Pro courses would be Intermediate and Advanced. The Novice and Beginner courses should all be accessible through the Basic plan.
