Is Pods still one of the bests plugin for adding a Portfolio to my wordpress site?

I see this course was created in 2015, but I'd like to know of this Pods plugin is still being updated and recommended for custom posts.

Have you checked the Pods plugin page? They show stuff like last updated date.
