Hi Sachin, it's a bit of a late response but perhaps you're still interested to hear my p.o.v.

Open source software is good, but only when you really stick to working with it for the coming months/years. Its functionalities are quite a bit different from the licensed products out there. Depending on your needs and ambitions do a bit of reading. There are good licensed alternatives to Adobe available. They'll still cost you a bit of money, but by far not as much as Adobe would. Some products such as Sketch (bohemian) for Mac even outperform the Adobe software.
