Is it possible to create a Tiktok clone using Xamarin?

I'm trying to figure out if Xamarin is cappable of making all the features that Tiktok has, most of them with augmented reality, face recognition and the hability to swipe up a screen to have another reloaded and autoplayed.

If there is any Xamarin developer, could you tell me if this is possible and if so what dissadvantage has with developing with the core iOS and Android programming languages and frameworks?
