Are comments seperate entities form the rest?

231,269 PointsIt seems unlikely, since comments are normally totally ignored by the language engine.
However, if this is for one of the course challenges, it's possible that comments could confuse the mechanism that checks your work. For that reason, you might try removing them and running Check Work
again.
