Is it possible for us to get a class where we turn a PSD into HTML and CSS?

A lot of the jobs that I've interviewed for if I know how to turn PSD's into HTML and CSS but I've never done that before.

A psd file is another word for a photoshop mockup. So All you need to do is be able to look at the created layout and construct it by using HTML and CSS.
