Is current cloud technology is sufficient for doing live vr streaming? What do you think?

We are thinking to build a live streaming vr system for especially focused on sports. But we are not sure that 4G or wi-fi will be enough for that? I want to learn you opinions. Thanks.

Yes the cloud is irrelevant here. Your issue is the application running on the cloud not the cloud itself. I would recommend to check out Periscopes legal section as they say all the open source technologies they use. Figure out what other streaming companies etc are doing and the technologies they are using.
